Playday helps Randstad India’s branding exercise with students a huge success

Randstad wanted to promote their association with Williams F1, Williams F1, is a British Formula One motor racing team and to enhance their brand salience in India. Instead of merely involving Corporate companies who are their clients. Randtad decided to involve the undergraduate and postgraduate student community which is a consumer of their HR Consultancy services. However, a suitable structure and format had to be designed for such a diverse audience.
How we helped:
Randstad India presented the “F1 Internship Contest”, a multi-level contest designed to engage the student community and test their analytical and reasoning skills along with their F1 awareness. The activity consisted of an online quiz (app on Randstad’s Facebook page), case study presentation and a live offline quiz event. The live offline quiz event was solely based on the world of F1. Winners were given an opportunity to do an internship with Williams F1 team. We designed and implemented the entire contest.
Results and Highlights:
The event was a huge success as the final intern was selected after several rounds. This created a challenge factor and built up the anticipation around the contest.
